Now is about the time I go swing the sword outside a little bit...doing it in the daylight makes my ever-attentive neighbors a bit concerned ;)

I had a friend who came and swung my two-handed long sword around for hours, in the front yard.
That was always his “payment” for climbing my old antennae tower and fixing the motor.
He ‘worked cheap’ and I enjoyed watching him.
He was half Irish and half Hispanic.
Wild combination of genes.

BTW, one summer, just to annoy the pervy creep who lives on the ridge above me, I would light a huge fire in the backyard pit and sit there, playing heavy metal on a boombox, with skulls on stakes, either side of the fire pit.
He has since decided to leave me alone.
