Now that President Obama has formally endorsed his former secretary of state for president, its no longer possible for him or a Justice Department directly answerable to him to rule impartially on whether she or her close associates should be indicted over her mishandling of classified emails....

We live in an age of shameless corruption. Don’t hold your breath.
As if......
And shouldn’t NRO be bashing Trump? What the hell is wrong with this guy?
I refuse to read anything from the at GOPe rag anymore...
No. A thousand times no. It’s taking long enough already. A special prosecutor will take forever. And then what. If she’s president, heaven forbid, she’ll be untouchable. It’s do or die with Comey. Obama and Lynch better not obstruct or else there will be hell to pay.
True point, completely true and logical. Who can make that happen? Anyone?
We also live in an age of subterfuge.
I would not be surprised to find that obummer endorsed her knowing their would be a claim that he could no longer be impartial. So he then would appoint a special prosecutor.
Next he would cry over her being indicted as he wanter her to win so much.
And then he gets “uncle” Joe to run.
An army of special prosecutors should be investigating Obie From Nairobi.
Hahahahaha!
The G-Damn Congress should order a special prosecutor for both of them. But since they’re in cahoots...
Yes. Long overdue too
One problem Obama has is that Clinton sent him emails from the server. I’m sure, knowing what we know now, that she did it to handcuff him. He also forbid her to hire or use Sid Blumenthal and she did it anyways. He didn’t do anything about it then and now he’s stuck in her muck.
And the MSM told us how smart this guy is!
What about Congress? They’ve frittered.
I remember Whitewater well and if this were the same you would be correct.
However the investigation has already been done, is almost concluded and the prosecutor would not need to re investigated. It has already been investigated.
I think he would only need to review the facts and make a decision as to whether the case is good enough to go to court.
Obama has Hillary’s Pardon signed and ready to go
Obama may have miscalculated. At his core he is a political entity. He calculated that Clinton was firming in the polls and that the Trump candidacy has been fatally torpedoed. However it is really early in the campaign. Clinton’s inherent dishonesty, corruption, lack of accomplishment, bizarre temperament and lack of conscience will be driven home to the voters by Trump and others. Frankly she probably peaked this week. As she weaken, the Democratic convention would become very contentious and a public, political disaster. It will be apparent that she is a very flawed , losing candidate. Obama will fear that if Trump is elected that he will prosecute Obama’s commissars in IRS and Justice. Some of them will turn state’s evidence to save themselves and make life very difficult for him. By mid July, he may allow the Justice Department to indict her and force her out of the race. He would want Biden to step in, but Sanders and his Pied Piper followers won’t allow it without a fatal fight. If she begins to drop significantly in the polls, loses minority support, there is a likelihood that she will be indicted and forced out or be rendered unelectable.
If the case if good enough, there should be no reason by the DOJ, under Obama, should not indict. They are the chief law enforcement officials of the land and they should do their jobs, not hide behind the skirts of an IC.
I heard someone on NewsMax speculate that he endorsed her in exchange for her appointing him to the Supreme Court.
Interesting thought.
Scary Thought.
Then I got to thinking. Since nothing happens in a vacuum or randomly, we get a 9th Circuit (Circus) ruling that the 2nd amendment is not really right but a privilege, as determined by the ruling class.
I wonder if they are setting up a Supreme Court case for Obama to be, not only the deciding vote but the opinion writer. Historic? Or maybe Something else. .................................
I agree-no special pros. now. It’s way too late. If you want to see the email thing drag on for another year or so, go for it.
Finally.
