Its big news that The Donald has publicly complained about the judge in his Trump University court case and he referred to the judges race. My question is so what?
The reason that so many people think that the American judiciary is somehow above the political fray is a mystery to me. Havent people read the U.S. Constitution? Havent they read what our founding fathers had to say about the judicial branch? Evidently not.
Why do people think judges are a royal priesthood, a holy nation and above reproach? It can only be due to the absence of a proper education. Even one of the smartest guys Ive ever met Newt Gingrich has gotten it wrong in this case. Another big name in error on this one is U.S. House Speaker Paul Ryan. Im already on record with friends calling him a troubled young man. The U.S. House has clearly had some judgment problems choosing Speakers in recent years. Anyone hoping for something different than Dennis Hastert and John Boehner have so far been disappointed.
The ignorance surrounding this controversy reminds me of the misunderstanding of the U.S. Constitution regarding the debate over judicial supremacy. The need for remedial education never seems to end.
This isnt about race its about ideology. Based upon their experience, every social conservative should understand that. In the case at hand, the judges race is influencing his ideology. How can that be denied based upon the judges affiliations?
And when a nominee to the Supreme Court refers to the benefits of her being a wise Latina, how is it that we are supposed to ignore the reality of the common race and ideological overlap?
So what if Trumps language is off a bit (and Im not sure it actually is by the way). How many times does the point need to be made that Donald Trump is new to politics? He wouldnt have the Republican presidential nomination if conservatives had not failed to fight in and win battles in the information war.
The judge is suspect. Pointing that out is not racism. Its realism.
Oh, and as an aside, this article about U.S. Senator Mark Kirk jumping off of the Trump train makes me laugh. Kirk is unable to campaign for reelection due to an unfortunate physical disability. He is unable to stand for any length of time and is unable to give speeches. There will be no debates with his Democratic opponent this fall. His opponent, U.S. Rep. Tammy Duckworth, has already won. Why the Illinois Republican Party allowed Kirks candidacy to go forward says so much about the Illinois GOP leadership.
Back to Trump and the Hispanic judge. This is why more people should attend Dispatches University. Theres so much to learn and this university is free. Below are just a few articles that might help people understand if theyre willing. I realize that many never Trumpers never seem to fail to find yet one more reason to defend their position and like so many other things, this, no doubt, will fit in nicely on their list.
Donald Trump and Gonzalo Curiel
Every mature, intelligent person in this country knows that the judge in the Trump University case, United States District Court Judge Gonzalo Curiel, could very well be biased against Donald Trump, the one man who has the testicular fortitude to declare that he will build a wall on the Mexican border. Judge Curiel is of Mexican heritage.
The race-driven San Diego La Raza Association is exactly whats wrong with the legal system.
Donald Trump Is Correct To Hit La Raza Judge For Latino Identity Politics
But what exactly had Trump done wrong? How was it unreasonable to suggest that a judge belonging to a group pledging to advance Latino interests might be biased against the man who wants to build the wall that hinders the interests of Latino politicians?
Judge, law firm bringing Trump U case both tied to La Raza
The federal judge presiding over the Trump University class action lawsuit is a member of the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association, a group that while not a branch of the National Council of La Raza, has ties to the controversial organization, which translates literally The Race.
Trump and the judge Its not about race, but the rule of law
Trump is one of few politicians willing to stand up to and call out those who place politics above the law.
The Donald & The La Raza Judge Trump has a perfect right to be angry about the judges rulings and to question his motives. There are grounds for believing Trump is right.
Rigged: The Trial of Trump University
Political conflicts of interest galore go uncovered in witch hunt against Trump. Can we talk a big, fat political conflict of interest? Can we talk the lawyers and the judge involved in the lawsuits against Trump University? Lets throw in identity politics and, but of course, follow the money.
A Judges View of Judging Is on the Record
FLASHBACK: Sotomayor said ethnicity will make difference in our judging
Remember When Justice Sotomayors View of Judging was like Trumps?
Was Donald Trump wrong to point out that the Judge in the Trump University case is Cuban? The fact that the judge and the law firm bringing the suit are associated with La Raza. Sonia Sotomayor, an appeals court judge, seems to think that back ground, gender, and ethnicity do affect judges decisions. Judge Sotomayor once said that she felt that a wise Latina woman could make better decisions than a white man.
This is Hillary’s way to take Trump down...that’s why the media is all ga ga over it...if we would ignore it and them, it would go away because no one cares....if you want to know what Bill and Hillary did with their University:
Hillary University: Bill Clinton Bagged $16.46 Million from For-Profit College as State Dept. Funneled $55 Million Back
by Stephen K. Bannon2 Jun 2016
With her campaign sinking in the polls, Hillary Clinton has launched a desperate attack against Trump University to deflect attention away from her deep involvement with a controversial for-profit college that made the Clintons millions, even as the school faced serious legal scrutiny and criminal investigations.
In April 2015, Bill Clinton was forced to abruptly resign from his lucrative perch as honorary chancellor of Laureate Education, a for-profit college company. The reason for Clintons immediate departure: Clinton Cash revealed, and Bloomberg confirmed, that Laureate funneled Bill Clinton $16.46 million over five years while Hillary Clintons State Dept. pumped at least $55 million to a group run by Laureates founder and chairman, Douglas Becker, a man with strong ties to the Clinton Global Initiative. Laureate has donated between $1 million and $5 million (donations are reported in ranges, not exact amounts) to the Clinton Foundation. Progressive billionaire George Soros is also a Laureate financial backer.
As the Washington Post reports, Laureate has stirred controversy throughout Latin America, where it derives two-thirds of its revenue. During Bill Clintons tenure as Laureates chancellor, the school spent over $200 million a year on aggressive telemarketing, flashy Internet banner ads, and billboards designed to lure often unprepared students from impoverished countries to enroll in its for-profit classes. The goal: get as many students, regardless of skill level, signed up and paying tuition.
I meet people all the time who transfer here when they flunk out elsewhere, agronomy student Arturo Bisono, 25, told the Post. This has become the place you go when no one else will accept you.
Others, like Rio state legislator Robson Leite who led a probe into Bill Clintons embattled for-profit education scheme, say the company is all about extracting cash, not educating students. They have turned education into a commodity that focuses more on profit than knowledge, said Leite.
Progressives have long excoriated for-profit education companies for placing profits over quality pedagogy. Still, for five years, Bill Clinton allowed his face and name to be plastered all over Laureates marketing materials. As Clinton Cash reported, pictures of Bill Clinton even lined the walkways at campuses like Laureates Bilgi University in Istanbul, Turkey. That Laureate has campuses in Turkey is odd, given that for-profit colleges are illegal there, as well as in Mexico and Chile where Laureate also operates.
Shortly after Bill Clintons lucrative 2010 Laureate appointment, Hillary Clintons State Dept. began pumping millions of its USAID dollars to a sister nonprofit, International Youth Foundation (IYF), which is run by Laureates founder and chairman, Douglas Becker. Indeed, State Dept. funding skyrocketed once Bill Clinton got on the Laureate payroll, according to Bloomberg:
A Bloomberg examination of IYFs public filings show that in 2009, the year before Bill Clinton joined Laureate, the nonprofit received 11 grants worth $9 million from the State Department or the affiliated USAID. In 2010, the group received 14 grants worth $15.1 million. In 2011, 13 grants added up to $14.6 million. The following year, those numbers jumped: IYF received 21 grants worth $25.5 million, including a direct grant from the State Department.
Throughout ten Democratic Party debates, Establishment Media have not asked Hillary Clinton a single question about she and her husbands for-profit education scam.

Judge was born in 1953. Mother naturalized in 1969

No naturalization record found yet for father.
The La Raza Judge may be an Anchor Baby.
Who the hell cares? Trump needs to get off his stupid carnival ride, quit shooting himself in the ass, act presidential and focus on matters of importance (e.g. Hillary, the economy, national defense, the deficit, etc. With a wealth of issues, he wasted valuable currency on this?
Already figured as much. Anchor baby judge, member of biased groups, discriminating against Americans. ...and the judge is the racist, not Trump. Mexicans are not a race.
DO NOT USE THE SPANISH VERSION OF THEIR NAME!
We allow them to obscure their racism by using the Spanish.
They chose the name, make them own it.
The National Council of The Race
The Race, not La Raza.
The judge was born in 1953 when both parents were citizens of Mexico. Therefore he is a citizen of Mexico, not the US. So since he passes as a US citizen when actually Mexican, he is a fraud and Trump has exposed the crime.IMHO
The traditional “anchors” are those who can sponsor their parents for citizenship. At age 16 this would be too early unless the law was changed (law? ha, what law?) Maybe Maw was there on a green card. Paw? Who knows?
Anti reconquista HAS been a main Trump issue.
Not, says USSC, since an amendment meant to assure citizenship to US-born freedmen was read to assure it to US born children of anyone.
The whole flap over this judge is just a way of getting everyone to forget about the Mexican flag waving thugs who have been attacking Trump supporters.
Another thing, why is calling someone a Mexican so shocking? Is Mexican now the new N word? I saw Krauthammer on O’Reilly last night working himself into a lather about Trump calling the guy a Mexican, and how we are “all Americans.” Well, what’s the difference between calling someone a Mexican and calling him a Hispanic? Seems like a distinction without a difference. If we are “all Americans” why should we call anyone a Hispanic, Asian, African-American or anything else? It is more hypocrisy from the left.
Trump needs to more fully separate his personal business from the business of running for President. If his lawyers think Curiel should be removed, let them file a motion in court to do so.
Trump should formally hand over all his business responsibilities to his children and focus 100% on winning the Presidency.
Trump is right. Trump has always been right. Trump will always be right. Why? Because he speaks his mind and his mind is purely American. The naysayers are always quick to judge, slow to understand, and AWOL when the chips are down. They must be destroyed in the political arena or America will never survive.
America will not improve until the anti-Americans that can be legally deported ARE deported. Deportation IS NOT PUNISHMENT.
I agree.

Couldn’t agree more.
If he does not do so, HE IS NOT QUALIFIED TO BE PRESIDENT. We already have a hobbyist president. We do not need another one. I for one am already sick of Trump’s amateurism. Not only does he have to concentrate on saying the right thing, he has to concentrate on saying the right thing clearly, plainly, and unmistakably.
What hyperbole.
You're right - the press will have ZERO interest in this story...
