Judge Curiel, whom Trump has criticized, appears to be predominantly European in ancestry, far more so than George Zimmerman, who appears more typically mestizo, in spite of his German surname. In common usage, the term “white” is applied to those of European descent, and not to Middle Easterners, though some Syrians, Turks, Kurds, Lebanese, and Iranians look similar to southern Europeans.

There is such a thing as race and nationality. However, the MSM narrative will change to suit their purposes. Thus, Curiel, whose appearance would not draw attention in Barcelona, is an oppressed Latino, while Zimmerman, who looks like the late Hugo Chavez, is an eeeeeeeeevil "white Hispanic".
