Is the author trying to claim that Indians (and Arabs) are not white? Indians are Caucasians, as are Arabs.
If the cops jobs were sitting in their cruisers reading textbooks about racial types and sub-types, "Caucasian" might be important information. I think they need skin tone information for identification. I guess Trotsky and his ilk invented Cultural Marxism to describe me.
