We need to keep one more thing in mind: huge rallies can be smoke & mirrors and don’t necessary translate into win for a candidate.
We saw that with Romney in the closing days of 2012 and we saw it in the Bernie run up to the CA Democratic primary.
Just because supporters come to a candidate’s rally doesn’t guarantee he will win. A politician must not let a false perception of victory swell his head.
Its a lesson for Trump to take to heart.

Sorry, it may be the biased media but I only remember big Obama rallies also in 2012. But point taken. It is the votes on the day that counts.
