What do you think Obama said to Bernie tonight? I figured Bernie was going to suspend his campaign tonight, and I figured the call went something like this: “Hey, Bern, buddy, I LOVE your stuff. I’d vote for you myself, dude. But I gotta support Hillary, no choice in the matter, you understand? She’s going to be the nominee and I know that for a fact, so if you get my drift, tonight give one hell of a stepping down speech, Bernie, I know I’ll be crying while I watch it here with Reggie. Thanks, and you won’t be forgotten, old buddy.”
But now, seeing as how Bern ramped up the Struggle, I wonder what the hell Obama said. Could it possibly have been, “Bern, old buddy, old pal, I can’t spell it out for ya, but my sources tell me, it might be better for you to stay in that race a while longer, if you get my drift! June is going to be a hot month! Hillary is in for some major “campaign corrections,” if you will. Heh heh. Congrats on all your wins and keep going, my comrade, my pal!”
