I lean toward that Newt was no longer on the short list, for whatever reason, therefore he was acting as a free agent and TRUMP didn’t like his “tone”, or his words.
Gingrich and TRUMP were already too much alike, imho.

Seems to me the damn media/journalists are making a big deal out of an idiot question that Face the Nation dweeb posed to Donald Trump.
I’m in San Diego and aside from an Obama appointee, that judge is a stark raving Latino activist with mountain-size chip on his shoulder.
As for Newt, he has never known when to shut-up and Mr. Trump only comments when he has an agenda ...
