Mass punishments were never a thing I enjoyed. One of the many reasons why I got out after my 4.

It was one of the many reasons I retired right dead on 20 years. I never liked it much. Never will.

I could not have taken 20 years as a Marine grunt. My mouth would have eventually gotten me in trouble. The peace time infantry (Reagan years) was too monotonous. Peace time Marine Infantry is like a never ending boot camp.

Infantry training school (ITS) made boot camp seem like a cake walk. There was a reason why ITS was called fourth phase boot camp.
