They don't. But they do have the power to delete the extension from their App Store, which they do control.

You can still run the it, if you can find it somewhere else (and if you know how to install non-App-Store extensions). Hint: The magic word is hldnghbakgkgeocjllocmpobpppkfepo.

If you google the magic word, you will land on an article describing how the extension puts three sets of parentheses around DJT's son-in-law.
