There are two schools of thought about the way Trump sets the media narrative (which he does every day).
He is either off the cuff. That's one school of thought.
Or he is operating according to a plan. That's the second.

He is not off the cuff.
You don't make billions by shooting from the hip.

Then read Clausewitz On War...and you will begin to see Trump's strategy.
