The family migrated from Karlsbrunn, Germany, to North America, first settling in York, Pennsylvania, in 1741! Looks like he was at least a 6 Generation American. 200 years after his family arrive he’s fighting Germans. He was born in Texas, and I believe there is a German town there. So much for them voting for Hillary. Does it really mater? Those half educated voters still want Hillary no mater how stupid her remarks are. Most feel, what’s the choice? Its the word “Republicans” that turn them off.
My only point was that both Eisenhower’s parents were of German descent.
