It's Chicago. She's on duty because one of her uncles is an alderman, or some high up in the Cook County Democrat's Party.
It's not because she is in any way, shape or form qualified to be a cop. She, no doubt, is too stupid for a real job, but she's making $80,000+/year. Just another badge heavy Chicago thug.
