Is Alla giving him a ten count ?
“Thank God my granddaddy got on that boat.” - Muhammad Ali after fighting George Foreman in Zaire, when asked what he thought about Africa.
I just talked to a co-worker that is more darker skinned then me about the movie Roots and visiting Africa, and he said in a funny way that if I went there I would be hounded because of light complexion and was glad his great granddaddy got on that boat.
Absolutely none.
He supported Reagan in 1984.
Expect a major, MAJOR money fight to comence after Ali goes.
It will be on par with the Jackson Family after Michael’s death.
OMG! OMG! OMG! OMG! OMG! OMG! OMG! OMG! OMG! OMG! OMG!
I liked him. He was apparently a very kind man personally. He was quite a figure in my youth - although he made my parents foam at the mouth, lol!
BURN IN HELL Draft dodger!
:)
Strange thing is: all Americans were glad our granddaddy got on the boat. Some chose to and some were kicked on. But we’re all glad we’re here. Until Obama got elected, sadly.
To be fair he did not Draft Dodge running to Canada but he argued his case in the court of law which is a right in the U.S. I care less for a lot of his beliefs but he did not run to Canada he got CO status, just saying.
Around 50 million to divy up
Oh boy, get ready for days and days, possibly months of celebrating the life of Muhammed Ali. It will be relentless and, of course, Obama will make a statement, order the flag at half mast.......and attend the funeral.
He may have been mouthy for show-biz, but that was his best quote.
All-in-all, a decent human being.
I agree.
;)
This is sad. I think he was the greatest athlete in my life-time.
