The driver is obviously a victim of post slavery America; he lives in a ‘hood where a dozen shots going off is a big fat nothing.
PA has a personnel “castle doctrine” written into law, the pharmacist has no requirement to retreat if he feels his life is in danger. Chap coming in with a shotgun is pretty much a threat to life.
If the Pharmacist is to face a grand jury because of a white /black thing, it would be at Doylestown, and I very much doubt any charges would be filed. Live 10 miles north of the courthouse, and this area has gone from being centrist-liberal well-meaning folks to a bunch of grim faced folks who have had it with bad behavior by designated victim groups.
