They look like two frightened wimps.
I came into contact with one of their Hispanic brothers a few years ago, at Lake Grapevine on July 4th.
About a minute after the fireworks ended, someone shouted out "Viva Mexico!" I immediately replied, "Viva Los Estados Unidos!"
