It won’t matter if she gets a pardon.
The Clinton Foundation is an ongoing criminal enterprise. The fact that it exists is criminal, the fact that it holds millions of dollars in bribes and payoffs is criminal...it would have to somehow disappear along with all the funds BEFORE she was pardoned.
You cannot be pardoned for crimes you might commit in the future.
