No excuse for not protecting people under attack. IF such an order was given, they are just as culpable as those who gave the order.
I agree...their job is to protect and serve..they can stand by while women and elderly people get punched in the face I don’t care who told the cops to stand down they shouldn’t have just stood there and allowed this insanity to happen
