Minutes earlier, 15-year-old Fabien Lavinder was in the car on 89th Street when someone stepped from an alley near Commercial Avenue and shot him in the chest, Chicago police said. He died shortly before 11 p.m. Tuesday at Advocate Trinity Hospital.
Fabien was the 66th and final homicide victim last month, the deadliest May in Chicago since 1995 when 75 were slain, according to official Police Department records.
For the first five months of this year, 243 people have been killed, the most fatalities since 248 perished in 1999, a Tribune analysis of department statistics found. By the end of 1999, homicides totaled 643 that year.
Shootings have increased as well for the third consecutive year. The department tracks shooting incidents and has reported an increase of more than 50 percent so far this year. Nearly 400 people were shot in May, bringing the total for the first five months to more than 1,500, according to a Tribune analysis.

Isnt it astonishing that the black underclass looks outside to cure this problem? These death dealing parasites arent being dropped into the cities by aliens, they arent trained elsewhere and trucked in to prey on black youth. THEY COME FROM YOU! Your homegirls make them. Their mothers do your hair. The babymommas who have a kid for every thug in the neighbohood are producing and training them to do what they please and take what they want. The prevalent black attitude defines being black as being hypersensitive reactionary badasses who think disrespect deserves death. Life isnt valued. Its easily and quickly replaced. Looks are important, shoes, cars, swag...drug dealing is just”business” usually generational and almost NO blacks have a family without one or more relatives in prison or with felony records. The criminal mentality is not only.excused its NORMAL in black culture. The sickness is Inside. Its black mentality. Black mothers and preachers should stop screaming in the streets and on camera. They should start screaming at their neighbors, friends and children who are producing the thugs who bring home the spoils of crime and leave the blood in the streets.

This is THUGS killing THUGS. I am all for it. I know quite a few respectable Blacks. I’ve also known quite a few disgusting Whites. Most of them OD’d. No loss.
