It is my firm conviction that every single person who has crossed the border illegally, or been brought over by the government should be settled in Hawaii, and Hawaii should be given to North Korea. About 70 million of them by now.
I’d send them back to their country of origin...however...I would also deport citizens who are enemies of the United States. If they believe America is an evil institution that needs to be brought down, then citizenship revoked, dump them in any country that will have them. Public servants who betrayed their trust and worked against their country, a traitor’s reward...no country club prisons on the taxpayers’ dime for them.
