I can’t see it being terrorist with a suicide note. Thinking the two who were shot were personally involved with shooter somehow.
If you’re right, I’m not looking forward to hearing the heartfelt “back stories”, and since it is a California college, that’s probably how they’ll report on “this terribly sad tragedy”.
