No, her words are classic Clintonista tactics. A Clinton accuses an accuser of exactly what they choose to. In doing so they insulate, establish a false fact, which then is explained as widely accepted, and can never be questioned again without making the questioner look stupid or crazy by a willing media conglomerate and insiders.
They play an old tired game if you learn to recognize it.

Wrong TWO ways, in literally the same sentence. One, that anyone could LIKE such a person once they have met Herself up close, and two, that the right woman would have my vote in a heartbeat.

Its just another campaign narrative, formulated by committee in her campaign offices.
The statement is just a trial balloon to see if it polls well.
Hillary is just a collection of scripted talking points and advisor recommendations - if she showed her really personality, America would hate her even more than they do now.
