Misplacing a couple of billion dollars is commonplace for dems. After all, besides Hillary, there was ol whats-his-name, from New Jersey, who misplaced several billion of investor money, and Holder's Just-Us department declared, "nothing to see here, move along," even though criminal charges probably should have been filed, as the money was missing from "protected" accounts.
