I think Trump has plans for these people. He's said repeatedly that Muslims are standing by and not reporting Muslim terrorist acts like those two in San Bernardino. I believe Trump has incredible information sources and leverage that we would never suspect.
For example, I was wondering the other day how Trump could "rent" the Iowa for this rally:
