You can hear the boy’s mother and she does not sound black at all.

It doesn’t really matter...It was a little boy and the kid was in danger....
Should not have been any way for the child to get where he did in the first place....
The mother definitely sounded black to me.
In fact, until I found out that the kid was black, I thought it was some good samaritan black lady trying to soothe the child.
She kept saying "Mama's here"
I initially thought the little boy was white, and she was just some kindly woman. (Which she may very well be.)
