The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) is a United States Federal Law passed in 1970 that was designed to provide a tool for law enforcement agencies to fight organized crime. RICO allows prosecution and punishment for alleged racketeering activity that has been executed as part of an ongoing criminal enterprise.
Activity considered to be racketeering may include bribery, counterfeiting, money laundering, embezzlement, illegal gambling, kidnapping, murder, drug trafficking, slavery, and a host of other nefarious business practices.
James Comey and The FBI will present a recommendation to Loretta Lynch, Attorney General of the Department of Justice, that includes a cogent argument that the Clinton Foundation is an ongoing criminal enterprise engaged in money laundering and soliciting bribes in exchange for political, policy and legislative favors to individuals, corporations and even governments both foreign and domestic.

Folks, this is standard operating procedure for the media. Stuff like this is already written, in the can, ready to publish.
Just like obituaries for old famous people.... so once the inevitable happens, the outlet is ready to regale the reader/listener/viewer with all the background information on the person involved.
Someone accidentally (or not) hit the “publish” button at the Huffing post.
That post says it was posted today. Where did you get the 3 days ago from?
Thanks goodness for what this judge did:

Federal Judge Finds Systematic Deception on Part of "Justice" Department Lawyers
One reason citizens are so angry is that there just doesn't seem to be any way to call public servants (using word loosely) to account.
An IRS officials says, golly, I don't have the time to show up and testify before Congress on a very serious matter (that would be his impeachment proceedings).
A young whippersnapper in the White House finds a way to peddle the Iran deal to the public: lie. Ditto ObamaCare (If you like your doctor . . . ).
Now, we learn that Justice Department lawyers appear to have been misleading the courts on immigration deportations. Note: that's lawyers in a department called the Justice Department. An editorial in the Wall Street Journal explains:
The constitutional challenge to President Obamas executive action on immigration keeps getting more remarkable. A federal judge has now exposed how the Justice Department systematically deceived lower courts about the Administrations conduct, and he has imposed unprecedented legal measures to attempt to sterilize this ethics rot.

Is this maybe the fbi leaking info like they said they would?
If only true!. And (big) if it is, one would think it is a two for one. Hell maybe even Hubbell’s dunce child gets wrapped up into it as well.
OK having read this through I will makew two observations...
1. It reads like an op-ed piece making predictions, maybe wishful ones.
2. It cites no sources.
That casts serious doubt on the veracity of the headline.
This is satire, right?
Great Googly Moogly.
I’m merely reporting that this was both published on HuffPo today and later pulled.
One way or another it’s a news story.
Published and pulled...now that is exceedingly interesting. Naturally 0bama’s “Justice” Department would have to go forward with any such prosecution but the indictment alone would be devastating. And quashing the thing would have consequences of its own. Best, I think, to pretend it never existed but it’s a little too late for that too. Trial balloon? Truly erroneous story? With this bunch it could be anything.
The current DOJ is only interested in pimping the left’s agenda. If they indict, I’ll start watching the sky for pigs.
here's a screencap of the rest of the story:
