He had been to his estranged girlfriend and baby mama’s apartment earlier in the day. He returns at 3:45 am, goes to the wrong apartment, kicks down the door, doesn’t respond to the tenent’s calls for ID, doesn’t look around and realize he’ in the wrong place, and proceeds to kick down the bedroom door.
I would’ve shot him, too.

It’s a good thing for the ex girlfriend that he invaded the wrong apt. Sounds like he probably was homicidal.
