No need really. We've got oil deposits in the Gulf of Mexico, off The Eastern Seaboard, Alaska, there's fracking. I'm not saying the coal/oil gas thing shouldn't be tried but the point is we've got the stuff. Drill, baby, drill and the hell with the Middle East and the flipping Arabs.

Just a quick look at history can answer that question. Think of Werner Von Braun and then think of July 20, 1969. Think of the Me-262 and then think of a F-18 Super Hornet.
The reality is that Americans WILL improve anything as long as the government gets the H out of the way!
