Start with the 20 states that have pending bills that would require potus candidates to show AN AMERICAN BIRTH CERTIFICATE in order to be placed on the General Election ballot. (One has passed.) All the DNC would need is for one democrat controlled state legislature to pass their bill and Ted would have needed to sue his way on to the ballot.
Then review how a dozen times over our lifetime, Congress has attempted to amend the Constitution to allow foreign borns to run for potus, all have failed.
