That's a big exaggeration. Typical politicians do nothing and have driven us into decades of debt and decline. So Trump is not like them by any description.
This is not a typical election nor is Trump a typical bought off lying career lawyer politician candidate. He's brand new at this and even Trump stated he didn't know how he'd do or how he'd be received when he decided to run. But he cleaned all their clocks good didn't he?
For instance, it's becoming the norm when riots, physical attacks and property damage occur Trumps rallies by the leftist, illegals et al. See, this is not a normal election. The world leaders are crying on the phones. Not normal.
This is a learning process for Trump and he learns real quick. Can you tell? This has not been normal for Trump or this country. Everyone makes mistakes and regrettable comments, but Trump will tell us straight up, "That it, seems inappropriate to debate the second place finisher". And Trump
What else needs to be said? Story over.
Evidently not. He said he would debate Sanders, then he said he would not debate Sanders.
Look, I do not see this as something earth-shattering. I see it - mainly - as an great opportunity missed by Trump. And yes, it has caused me to question Trump just a little bit. I'm still firmly pro-Trump, but as I noted earlier, a man should say what he means, and mean what he says.
If Trump was not sure about debating Sanders, he simply should have so at the time. I fully understand that many folks here instead see this as a clever maneuver by Trump. I don't agree with that opinion, but I respect it.
