No, they are gays who don't partake. Like alcoholics - once an alcoholic always one - even if you don't drink. Are there people who were fags and stopped being fags after some great exertion of will or faith? Sure.

Let your kids marry them and run the risk the fag lapses back to previous proclivities - I don't want them anywhere near my kids as prospective husbands because of the that.
