I think this is one reason so many of today’s actors are so metrosexual.
The best way to get work is to cater to the “whims” of the producers.
The casting couch affects both genders.
This also why so many actors turn to drugs and booze.
Of course it turns some of them to gayness. Cruz and Travolta come to mind.
Yes. Many probably don’t complain until after they’ve made plenty of dough.
So while it is definitely abuse, it’s also a quid pro quo.
