Crazy thing is that in most crazy sports, some of the best at it form up rescue teams, and practice this kind of scenario “just in case.”

Some very talented spelunkers are on the case, you can bet. Top shelf cavers, along with EMT/paramedics/dive team guys from local LE.

If the stranded victims are in a decent air pocket, help will get there.

I’ve been in that cave multiple times, there’s no spelunking to it. It is underneath a museum. And knowing how responsible the people who give the tours are the rising waters had to come very very quickly.

This cave is in the middle of downtown. It’s actually quite interesting to see in person.
