100 day plan: Going to rescind Climate Action Plan, and some "Waters" executive order (or similar) issued by Obama.

Will ask Trans-Canada to resubmit its request for permitting (Keystone pipeline)

Lift moratoriums on production (lots of those in effect in the Gulf of Mexico, and Alaska), and on production methods (e.g., fracking)

Cancel Paris Climate Agreement. Stop payment of US tax dollars to UN climate programs.

Good speech - quite a bit of substance in it.

Brings up Hillary and her e-mails, a disaster for the country. Will conserve natural habitats and natural resources just the same. Extremists will no longer be writing the rules.

I like the way he uses the teleprompter. Reads, then when what he is reading triggers a thought, he goes off script. His pace of speaking changes.
