Clinton's IQ is (or at least was) well north of 30. He could just as easily argue the opposite side and make his points. He says whatever he has to say to get what he wants. That evil, or at least amoral, not stupid. His eqo (and illness?) keeps him engaged with the 30IQ guy on the other side.
