‘They’ even passed a ‘law(well resolution)’ authorizing it.

I do NOT remove my ball-cap for the National Anthem and I do NOT place my hand over my heart. I do stand even if someone occasionally has to help me.

I leave my USS Georgia(SSGN-729) ball-cap on and salute the flag.

It is my right, privilege, and honor to do so.
