A Republican President can give out income tax amnesties and 200-year income tax reprieves, i.e. pay your 2018 income tax by April 15th, 2219, if you are still alive.
The Democrats need to know and understand the power of Presidential amnesty and reprieve can work against them as well as for them.
I trust Hillary will be singing a new tune soon.
This is exactly why they have become so brazen, they know our side will never use it against them in return.
