IMHO it will hurt off road i.e. farm and lawn equipment the most. This is by design to mess with those that produce, and build that. I think it is a subtle Kass Sunstein “nudge” to get us to go electric / LI-Ion on all those devices, but that is just me.

It’s my understanding that any other than flex fuel vehicles(which were & are a bad idea)were made to run on a MAXIMUM of 10% ethanol. So in reality,the 15% crap they are pushing should not be used in most vehicles,& I don’t think manufacturer’s warranty will cover potential damage. EPA is inept & needs to be abolished.
