Barring some kind of party duplicity at the convention, yes.
They probably lack the courage to defraud him at this point. They will seek to suborn and coopt him instead.
They will find themselves bagged, I think.

Per the hysterical Hewitt this AM, it is NOT wrapped up. He says ( claiming insider information) GOP will change the rules so Trump is not the nominee. He says “Trump continues his downward spiral” as he attacked Martinez in his speech last night. Hewitt also claims that there is in-fighting going on in the Trump camp( Lewandowski etc) which is making it “chaotic”.
Exactly correct. Think about the track record of the GOPe and remember:
--Trent Lott "sharing" power in the Senate Leadership with Tom Dashole because it was "fair" when the Senate was split 50/50 between parties. Even though Dick Cheney would always be the 51st vote, and the dems would NEVER have done the same...
--Trent Lott profusely apologizing for complementing Strom Thurmond on his 100 y.o. birthday.
--The Senate Republicans NOT filibustering (24/7) as needed when the Senate refused to seat Scott Brown of Massachusetts who had won his seat in a special election and Harry Ried kept the appointed Mark Kirk in the seat in order to get the 60 votes needed to pass Obamacare (and a lot of bribing).
--After the 2010 election, refusing to repeal Obamacare, getting weak kneed and wobbly when they shut down the government because the Senate refused to negotiate spending bills.
--After the 2014 elections and having BOTH the Senate and House and refusing to do ANYTHING to oppose Obama because the press would call them racist and mean (hint--they already do that, daily).
--TPA, Iran Non-treaty, 2 year Obama-budget, Boehner out/Ryan in, etc., etc., etc., ad nausea...
