Albuquerque elected a Republican mayor.

Rio Rancho and Las Cruces - the second and third largest cities in the state - are Republican.

New Mexico elected a Republican governor and has a Republican House of Representatives.

There are some VERY blue areas - Santa Fe and Taos come to mind - but the state is not a lock for the Rats.

Very positive, thanks. One thing about Donald is, he’s not afraid to go into Democrat areas and try to get his message across. That’s what people like..they want to know someone hasn’t given up and they are willing to speak and persuade.

There is a conservative House member from there: I think his name is Steve Pearce. The seat was once held by conservative Joe Skeen.
