Shouldn't have to pay for it at all. They shouldn't be here. Why are we importing potential costs, potential problems? Don't we already have enough of our own? Madness. Or Diabolical Scheming. Not yet sure which. Maybe both.

If we had just HALF the stones of our ancestors a large portion of congress would already be hanging from the light posts in DC.....
