Three bikers arrested after the Twin Peaks shootout in Waco have joined the ranks of seven others who are suing McLennan County, Waco and state officials, alleging civil rights violations.
Bradley Terwilliger, of Bastrop County, and Benjamin Matcek and Jimmy Dan Smith, both of Burleson County, are seeking unspecified damages in their lawsuit, filed Friday in a Travis County federal court.
Like others before it, the lawsuit names McLennan County District Attorney Abel Reyna, Waco Police Chief Brent Stroman, Waco police Detective Manuel Chavez and an unnamed Department of Public Safety agent as defendants.
Reyna did not return phone messages left at his office Friday.

I agree. It will be an expensive lesson all around. At least some of the innocent bikers will get to retire early and well off.

Reyna may not be able to get a job as dog catcher.
Example, the John Doe Court and the WI Government Accountability Board's 3 year witch hunt trying to unseat Governor Scott Walker. This included active assistance by Louise Lehrner with the IRS.
If you have not followed that case it will give you a gray headache trying to understand the scope of that backroom ComDem POL manipulation of the Legal System.
It WAS turned into an open ended witch hunt with early morning SWAT like raids of Governor Walkers staff. In 3 years they made 2 successful prosecution for theft. But there were dozens of individuals examined under the microscope and placed under a gag order that they were not even allowed to discuss it with legal council. The scope of subpoenas for records of political action groups was unbelievable.
The similarities of method between that case and the Waco Twin Peaks case suggest this is a developing tool used by the ComDems.
Background on the example I mentioned.

Some of the most patriotic, down-to-earth folks out there are bikers - many of them vets....
I agree. And I think it is why someone up the food chain decided to put them on the target list.
They are not manageable.
Nobody was shot because neither sagar nor the BATF were there. Only bikers.
“I think Renya is a Republican.”
Well, there are just about as many rotten apples in the GOP barrel as there are in the one over at RAT Central. He’s a disgraceful example of what’s wrong with our justice system. Somone needs to fumigate the whole system ( i.e. city leaders, the PD, the DA’s office and the courts) in Whacko. Just a bunch of inbred morons!
“There are other examples of turning the legal system into a weapon to punish political opposition.”
Let’s not forget Ronnie Earle over in Austin (and his drunken bitch replacement who sued Rick Perry).

Not the ones involved in the Waco gang war ...
There's always exceptions. I know many bikers and while not all are salt of the earth, for the most part they are stand up men and women, especially those who have served.

How many Hells Angels, Bandidos, Outlaws, Cossacks do you know?
Me: Not the ones involved in the Waco gang war ...
You: There’s always exceptions.
Those ‘exceptions’ are the ones that were arrested and the ones under discussion.
At Twin Peaks the ‘exception’ was more the rule.
“Go ahead and throw rocks at me for this, but not all the bikers are criminals. FACT “
That has no bearing on the fact that about 200 gangsters lined up for a gang war in a public plaza.
we disagree.
Yep. I had forgotten that crap. Think he had predecessor, was well know, but his name slips me.
Well, I would not have put it just like that.
But I do believe the way they are handling this is illegal and certainly unethical.
I’m dumbfounded at the vocal few here who choose to “not get it”.
I’m generally 100% for law enforcement. This is different.
“we disagree.”
Yes. I don’t support biker gangs.
“This is different.”
Yes. This was a major gang confrontation in a family plaza on a Sunday morning ...
