What’s the point of having free speech or even freedom if you’re going to remain silent and hide under a rock?
The point?
Too many people have their free speech mocked and debased. If one doesn't "free speech," it seems, in the correct manner then, s/he is excoriated at home, work and play.
SOME people don't mind that and have the strength of mind to keep on because they KNOW that they are right. Others want acceptance from the entire world.
I keep company with people of my "ilk," Catholics who practice their faith, go to daily Mass...and TRY very hard to follow God's simple words: LOVE GOD and love each other.
And that, for me, is difficult as I have to "love" the moron [usually a foreigner from Asia] who SEEMS to be trying very hard to kill me with his/her car. And, that car is USUALLY a black BMW.
