Thanks NM, I stand corrected. I knew the details were more than I posted but I had to truncate due to smartphone-skill limitations:-)~ What I really wanted was to post something for later read. The point is, Baltimore may have been brought online after the first round of pointless riots but is going down again and will probably stay down - as a viable center for commerce.

Riots tend to do that. Most of the really severe riot scenes from the late 1960s still haven't really recovered.
