I hope that court decision will be a safe guard against Gov. McAuliffe’s recent release of all of those felons.
If Trump can compensate downstate for the D.C. suburbs, he might be able to put Virginia in his column.
There’s a question as to whether McAuliffe had the power to restore voting rights to thousands of convicted felons all at once.
He does have the power to do so on an individual basis....depending on the adjudication of a particular crime.
