When’s the last time force stopped evil? It may bring a temporary abatement or lull, but evil always manages to rear its ugly head. So force stopped Hitler, only to be replaced by the Evil Empire. The Evil Empire went away, only to be replaced by Islamic Fascism and Obama/Soros consortium.
Statism is evil, evil is statism. One form of statism has replaced another throughout history. Statism in all its forms is the use of organized force for controlling human behavior, distributing wealth, rewarding friends of the State, and punishing its enemies for the perpetuation of the State. Everything the State does is for the perpetuation and aggrandizement of its own power.
So far, no one has been able to figure out how to get rid of the State. One group of people has always sought and succeeded in imposing their will on everyone else. If you have any ideas on how to rid the world of statism, please post them on www.artfuldilettante.com
