A little late you think? I wonder if this will piss Obama off and will show his true colors right before election.
He will saber rattle to cut off all funding to the state and blame it on the Republicans.
Watch him threaten to cut off social security checks, medicaid, school funding, highway funds, welfare and everything else if they don’t tow the line.
Like I used to tell my kids “as long as I’m paying the bills, you’re gonna follow my rules”
States (and people) are too dependent on the feds.
