Decades and decades ago, ultra-progressives in (of all places) Israel tried to do a genderless commune (kibbutz). No boy, no girl, just generic kids. It was a huge flop. The boys kept opting for boy things, the girls for girl things.
I was at a business meeting with an ultra left wing law professor I know the other day. She has two boys. She buys them boys and girl toys. She said she couldn’t understand why they use the dinosaurs to rip the heads off of the barbie dolls...BECAUSE THAT’S WHAT BOYS DO!!!!!!!
