It may look that way, but the more disturbing truth is the left has been promoting Islamist beliefs since political correctness took power in the nineties after the fall of the old left and their beloved commie regimes.

Islam is "diverse", it's part of the anti-colonial, anti-western alliance. Any divergence from PC by actual Muslims invading the West (on women and homosexuals for example) is ignored and censored.
