BREAKING NEWS: White House on lockdown after person shot outside

The White House has been put on lockdown after a person was shot outside. Visitors wrote on Twitter that they saw 'lots of people with guns' after shots were heard. The shooting took place on 17th and E Streets NW at around 2pm, the United States Park Police said. It is not clear who has been shot or whether they have been killed.

the guy is obviously a nut case. I would surmise in his own twisted mind that he thought he could some how make a difference that might change his misery.
He did succeed in that by getting shot. My issue is that the oath of public, military and LEOs office/positions for a huge part no longer means anything respecting those words to “Protect and Defend”. I would say that's beyond sad for every country loving American.
